To provide the highest quality surgical care, ranging from the routine to the complex, with the patient's core needs, values, and beliefs as the central focus.
Jonathan E. Schoeff, MD, FACS, is a board certified general surgeon, specializing in advanced spine access and exposure surgery. Dr. Schoeff's surgical practice focuses on less invasive spine exposure, emphasizing a minimally invasive approach to the anterior spine space. This has been proven to dramatically decrease recovery time after surgery, overall need for narcotic pain medication, and time to return to full activity and work, with an overall improvement in quality of life.
Our office manager and surgery scheduler, Heather Clark, has been with the practice since it was founded. Heather is a native of Colorado and brings a wealth of experience in the medical field, having held several administrative positions at hospitals and surgical offices over the past 10 years. While Heather’s organization and management of the day to day office activities is crucial to the practice, it is her kind, thoughtful, and caring approach to patient interactions that sets her apart. Heather goes out of her way to make patient’s feel welcome and understood, and works tirelessly to ensure that patient’s expectations are always exceeded when it comes to their care. She is prompt and responsive to patient’s, and often provides a listening ear throughout the care process, even in the most challenging of circumstances. She serves as a liaison between the spine surgeon’s office and our office, and makes certain to be on a first name basis with all her interactions. Heather has truly dedicated herself to promoting optimal patient outcomes, by coordinating every aspect of care leading up to surgery, and making sure that care is seamless between the spine surgeon’s office and RMASA.
Our business manager and director of patient relations, Natalie Wilson brings a wealth of diverse experiences in health care management and human resources administration. She dedicates her time to patient engagement, including following-up with our patients after their surgery and providing education on our various technology platforms to referring physician practices and patients as well. Natalie has been a welcome addition to the RMASA team, and has added a new dimension when it comes to patient contact and communication.
